The Bible offers rich guidance on how we should view work and labor. It’s clear that work is not just a means to an end but a calling and a way to honor God. Whether we are working in a professional setting, serving in ministry, or taking care of our homes and families, we are called to do it with diligence, integrity, and a sense of purpose. As 1 Corinthians 10:31 tells us, “…whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” Today, whatever your task, approach it with the intention of glorifying God, knowing that your labor is valuable in His eyes.
How does viewing work as a divine gift rather than a burden change your approach to everyday tasks and responsibilities?
